Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American model and TV personality. Burns made her debut on the television screen in 1995 portraying the role of Peg as a supporting role on the Spanish American comedy for teenagers Out of the Blue (from 1995 to 1996). Burns became a participant in Baywatch, an action-drama series in 1998. Following that, she appeared on the show as Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns was then forced to leave Baywatch due to her first pregnancies. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been a fitness model for television as well as an actor for more than ten years. Her most notable role is as Jessie Owens of Baywatch. She was best known in 2001 for the highly successful commercial film Shallow Hal. On the show Spanish-American called Out of the Blue, she appeared as Peg between 1995 and 1996.
